If I were you, I’d stop buying chocolate.. If there’s none in the house, there’s none for you to eat and no temptations. If there is chocolate in the house and you want some, go get one square or a little bit, put the chocolate away, then eat it. Also, a lot of people eat chocolate when they’re dehydrated. Try drinking water next time you get a craving, you could just be tired. One more trick, clean your teeth when you feel like chocolate, you won’t crave it after a good teeth brushing :) hope this has helped! Good luck xxx
